Company Setup Consultants Dubai is a company formation and corporate services project operated by Bestax Chartered Accountants, a UAE-based accounting, tax, audit and business advisory firm. Bestax Chartered Accountants is the contracting entity behind this website and behind any services you engage through it.

References to “we”, “us” and “our” in these terms mean Bestax Chartered Accountants trading as Company Setup Consultants Dubai. References to “you” mean the person or entity using this website or engaging our services.

These terms govern your use of this website. They are not the terms on which we deliver professional services. Those are set out separately in an engagement letter, which takes precedence over this page for any matter relating to the work itself.

By accessing or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site. If you use the site on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that company.

We may revise these terms at any time. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and changes take effect when posted. We update the date at the top of the page whenever the terms change. Continuing to use the site after a revision means you accept it.

We may decline to act, or cease acting, where we are unable to complete identity verification, where an instruction would put us in breach of law or professional obligation, or where fees remain unpaid.
