When you complete a consultation request, newsletter form or contact form, we collect the details you enter. That is typically your name, email address, telephone number, company name and whatever you tell us about your intended business activity.

We also receive limited technical information automatically when you browse the site, including IP address, browser and device type, approximate location derived from IP, referring page and the pages you view. This is used to keep the site working and to understand which content is useful.

Company formation is a regulated activity, so engaging us requires more information than browsing the site. Depending on the service, we may collect:

Enquiry data from website forms is kept while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
